These Terms apply whenever you access or use Viewnzo, including its website, social viewer tools, account features, and related resources. By continuing to use Viewnzo, you agree to the version of these Terms currently posted on this page.

Additional terms may apply to certain paid, specialized, or account-based features. If you do not agree with these Terms or applicable additional terms, stop using Viewnzo.

About Viewnzo

Viewnzo is a web-based platform that organizes and provides access to specialized social viewer tools. Supported categories may include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, and Snapchat.

Where available, Viewnzo may include a tool directory, search functionality, platform hub pages, individual viewer tools, account features, Free, Pro, and Custom plans, support, and informational resources.

Eligibility

By using Viewnzo, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms or that you are using the service with appropriate authorization where required. You must also be legally permitted to use the website under applicable law.

Accounts

Some Viewnzo features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and activity conducted through your account.

• Keep passwords confidential and use unique credentials.
• Notify Viewnzo if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not impersonate another person or create accounts using false information for abusive purposes.
• Do not share credentials in a way that compromises account security.

Viewnzo will never need you to send social-platform passwords through the normal contact form.

Free, Pro, and Custom Plans

Free

The Free plan may provide access to the homepage tool finder, platform browsing, basic tool discovery, and selected viewer functionality.

Pro

The Pro plan may provide additional features such as higher usage limits, an ad-free experience, saved favorite tools, recent tool activity, advanced filtering, priority processing where supported, priority support, and selected early-access functionality.

Custom

Custom plans may be available for teams, businesses, higher-volume requirements, tailored support, or specialized requirements.

Specific features, allowances, and availability may be shown on the Pricing page or during signup. Free access may be subject to standard limits. Pro features and usage limits may change, and pricing may change for future billing periods subject to applicable notice. Custom arrangements may be governed by additional written terms.

Payments and Billing

Paid services may require payment. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase, and applicable taxes may be added where required. Payments may be handled through third-party payment providers.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Subscription terms will be presented during checkout or subscription setup. If a subscription is configured to renew automatically, the renewal terms will be disclosed at that time.

Any refund, cancellation, or credit terms will be described during purchase, in applicable billing terms, or as required by law.

Custom plans may include separate agreed terms relating to pricing, usage, support, access, integrations, and service requirements. If a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed Custom agreement, the signed agreement may govern that specific arrangement where stated.

Permitted Use

You may use Viewnzo for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. Examples include:

• Browsing the tool directory and platform pages.
• Using supported viewer tools.
• Researching publicly available social content.
• Accessing Viewnzo resources and account features.
• Contacting support.

Your use must comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, source-platform rules where applicable, and these Terms.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Viewnzo to:

• Violate applicable laws, harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or facilitate abuse.
• Impersonate others, commit fraud, distribute malware, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Interfere with Viewnzo infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape Viewnzo abusively or without authorization, overload servers, abuse endpoints, or use unauthorized bots.
• Manipulate usage limits, bypass billing or subscription restrictions, or bypass rate limits.
• Reverse engineer restricted components where prohibited by law.
• Misuse third-party personal information or collect sensitive information unlawfully.
• Attempt to bypass private-account settings, passwords, authentication requirements, account blocks, age restrictions, access-control systems, or platform security systems.

If API access is introduced later, separate API terms may apply.

Social Media Platforms and Third Parties

Viewnzo is an independent service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Viewnzo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Reddit, Snapchat, Snap Inc., or other referenced third-party platforms.

Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Third-party platforms control their own content, terms, privacy and access controls, features, restrictions, and technical availability. They may change or limit access without notice to Viewnzo or its users.

Public and Restricted Content

Viewnzo tools are generally intended to work with supported content and publicly available information where applicable. Viewnzo does not guarantee access to private profiles, blocked or removed content, restricted or age-restricted videos, authenticated-only information, or hidden platform data.

Availability may depend on privacy settings, platform restrictions, content status, technical conditions, platform changes, and tool functionality.

Tool Names and Feature Descriptions

Tool names, page titles, keywords, marketing labels, or descriptions do not guarantee that Viewnzo can bypass platform restrictions, access controls, privacy settings, or security measures.

Terms such as “anonymous,” “incognito,” “stealth,” “private,” “blocked,” or “locked” must not be interpreted as promises of technical untraceability, guaranteed anonymity, privacy-control circumvention, or unrestricted private-content access.

Functionality is determined by the actual tool implementation and available third-party data. Examples include names such as Instagram Anonymous Viewer, YouTube Private Video Viewer, TikTok Private Account Viewer, Locked Facebook Profile Viewer, Reddit Anonymous Viewer, and similar descriptions.

User Inputs and Submitted Content

You may submit usernames, public profile URLs, social links, search terms, contact-form messages, support requests, and account information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to provide submitted information.

Do not knowingly submit stolen credentials, passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card information through ordinary contact forms, unlawful personal data, or malicious code.

Viewnzo may process submitted inputs as needed to provide requested functionality and support.

Intellectual Property

Viewnzo’s site design, branding, code, interface, graphics, original text, logos, and product structure may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit Viewnzo-owned content beyond what is allowed by law or express permission. Third-party social-media names, logos, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Feedback

You may provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, comments, or other feedback. Viewnzo may use feedback to improve the platform without an obligation to implement it.

Service Availability and Changes

Viewnzo may add or remove tools, modify features, change usage limits, update pricing, modify plan features, perform maintenance, or discontinue certain functionality.

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but availability is not guaranteed. Plans and tools may have rate limits, usage allowances, technical limits, or temporary restrictions that vary based on the plan, tool, platform, system capacity, and security needs.

Third-party content may change, be deleted, become private, become unavailable, be outdated, or differ from the source-platform presentation. Verify important information through appropriate sources.

Third-Party Links and Services

Viewnzo may include links to social platforms, external websites, payment services, third-party tools, and external resources.

Viewnzo is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, terms, or actions. Review the applicable third-party terms and policies before using external services.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viewnzo and its services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Viewnzo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, permanent availability, compatibility with every platform, access to every content type, error-free operation, or suitability for every use case.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viewnzo should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from inability to use the service, third-party platform changes, loss of availability, reliance on tool results, user misuse, or third-party websites.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of Viewnzo, violation of these Terms or applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Suspension and Termination

Viewnzo may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary because of abuse, fraud, security risks, Terms violations, excessive harmful usage, legal obligations, or platform protection.

You may stop using Viewnzo at any time. If account deletion functionality exists, you may use available account controls or contact support.

Privacy

Your use of Viewnzo is also subject to the Viewnzo Privacy Policy.

Copyright and Rights Complaints

To report concerns involving copyright, trademarks, privacy, unauthorized content references, or other rights violations, contact support@viewnzo.com.

Please include a description of the issue, the relevant Viewnzo URL, an explanation of your rights or concern, and your contact information. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.

Changes to These Terms

Viewnzo may update these Terms. A revised version may be posted on this page, the Last Updated date may change, and additional notice may be provided where required.

Continued use after applicable changes may be subject to the updated Terms as permitted by law.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable policies and feature-specific terms, form the agreement governing use of Viewnzo.

Severability

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions may continue to apply.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer certain rights under these Terms where prohibited without authorization.

Applicable law and dispute procedures may depend on the user’s location and any additional terms presented for paid services.
